For this reason we do not offer a satisfaction or "money-back" guarantee, and we do not provide discretionary refunds because a buyer has changed their mind after downloading the files.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law. Under UK and EU law, purchases of digital content can carry a statutory cancellation right. However, that right is typically lost once you agree to immediate delivery and the download has begun — which is what happens at checkout for this product. Where a buyer is legally entitled to a remedy, it is handled by our payment provider, Payhip, acting as merchant of record, in line with the applicable law.
Faulty or undelivered products
If you did not receive access to your files, received the wrong files, or the files are corrupted and cannot be opened, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right — by re-sending the files or, where appropriate, arranging a refund.
Purchases on other stores
If you bought through Gumroad, Amazon Kindle, or another authorised store, that store's own refund rules also apply to your purchase.
